Charles Fuller, Charney Bassett, Berkshire

I am trying to find a birth/ baptism  and parent names for Charles Fuller.
I believe he was born about 1800 and probably in Charney Bassett, Berkshire.
The birth date and location are derived from census records.
 
Charles married Ann Cox  29th Jan 1829 at Charney.
Ann was born/baptised at Charney 28th July 1799, but I have been unable to find any other details about her parents names either.

Charles and Ann had 6 children all born in Charney
Mary Ann Fuller Cox Jane 1829

I couldn't see a marriage for either John & Mary or Moses & Elizabeth in CB. however, in Longworth there is a marriage;

The surnames of Fuller & Faller have been coupled together in the transcripts.

The IGI has a marriage for Moses Cox and Elizabeth Peert 1783 and is seen here;

1861: 57 b Charney

Hi Ruth,

If you are following the "Cox" side of the tree, then there is this marriage in West Hanney;
15-2-1783 Moses Cox (born Pusey*), bach, to Elizabeth Peert (x), sp,
wits; William Herbert, James Dawson.

(*) I looked in the Pusey records but no sign of Moses Cox.

But in the Stanford in the Vale records there is a Moses Cox baptised;
5-11-1758 s/o John & Mary of Goosey
