Eli Smith family, Hereford 1895-1911

I live in Texas, USA, and am searching for the marriage of Eli Smith and Florence, maiden name unknown, so I can determine the maiden surname of my great grandmother, Florence, born in Kidderminster about 1875. The 1911 census states they are married and have 2 daughters, both born in Hereford, but I can find no record of such births.

Can anyone help me with my search to find birth records and marriage record:
1.    Lilian May Smith, born August 1897, Hereford
2.   Georgina Elizabeth Smith, born about 1895, Hereford
3.   Marriage record for Florence, maiden name unknown and Eli Smith, marriage date and place unknown, but 1911 census states they completed 17 years of marriage.
 
I believe that my grandmother, Lilian May Smith was born 23 August 1897 and birth place is stated as Hereford (1901 and 1911 England census). She married George Jeens Williams 8 June 1916 in the parish church, Sutton & St Nicolas. Her residence is listed as Sutton St Nicholas on the certified copy of marriage certificate.
1911 England census lists my Smith family as follows:
•   Eli Smith, age 67, born Cheltenham, Glos., married, head of household, occupation, Market Gardener & Farmer
•   Florence Smith, age 35, married (17 years), born Kidderminster, Worcs.
•   Georgina or Lengina Smith, daughter, age 16, single, born Hereford
•   Lilian May Smith, daughter, age 13, born Hereford
Residence 143 St. Owen Street, Marden House, Hereford
Any clues or assistance is very much appreciated. I have exhausted the avenues that I am aware of.

Being new to this forum, not sure if I am replying to first two responses correctly, but here we go. Keyboard86, yes that is the correct Eli Smith. That was wife #2, Sarah Ann Cruse, who died in 1895 in Hereford. Florence was wife #3, or maybe they never married.

Sgf28, thanks, I'll research Georgina Elizabeth Phillips. She may well have been born out of wedlock because Eli's second wife, Sarah Ann Cruse died in 1895. Phillips may be the maiden surname I have been searching for......let's hope so.

They have him marrying Sarah Ann Cruse
and then marrying Florence -no further information on Florence

I am wondering if Florence's maiden name was Drage/Drayge?

then there is the 1891 census  keyboard found - but I think the name of the public house is the Fleece Inn.

Thank you everyone for your responses and help. I believe that Florence's maiden name was most likely Drage and the two daughters born out of wedlock. All other pieces of the puzzle seem to work, so I have ordered a copy of the 1900 Smith/Drage marriage in Kings Norton, which will confirm my suspicions, I hope. Will post a note when I receive info.

Suzard, do you recall where you found the baptism details for Georgina Elizabeth Drage? I do not seem to be able to locate the data.
