Just to add a little to the confusion (sorry) the Arthur Simonson who is with Nona on the 1930 census and the marriage in 1913 appears to be single on the 1920 census when he is with his parents.  His mother Helen Simonson is also on the 1930 census in the line directly below Arthur and Nona.

Thanks, Ray. His WW1 draft registration card also shows him as single. Nona died in 1943 and the death record for her (as well as the findagrave entry) gives her place of birth as Louisville, Kentucky. The 1940 census also states Kentucky but the 1930 census has Ohio. Unfortunately her parents names are not given on the death record and  there is no actual image of it to view online. It all, therefore, remains in the "not proven" category.
