Haven't found any more information out, about this. I went to the LMA and couldn't find any record of the licence either, not just for my relative but for the Princess of Wales pub either

The record you found for your relative at the Prince of Wales was the same year (1786) as a record for mine relative at the Princess of Wales, I wonder if they are separate pubs?
