Dr William Moyes Duff

Hi!
    Can anyone help with the following?

I have a William Moyes Duff born 5 November 1871 at Lesmahagow, Lanarkshire, son of a James Duff and Martha Dickman.

As far as I can gather William trained to be a Doctor and attended Glasgow University where he left in 1898?

The only other records I can find is that in 1916 he was at Kirkcolm, Stranraer, Wigtownshire, where I think he was the GP?

Any help much appreciated!

He's on the Medical Register - see Ancestry website. On Medical Register from 31st July 1899 and at the Stranraer address in 1919 and 1927 Registers, missing in 1931. This might give a clue to date of death (or might not!)
