That's a real sticky one  :-\

Can't find anything - not even the family in 1861 with young Thomas.
Was hoping Mary & Elizabeth together in 1871 but  ???  Maybe she left Thomas and took the baby with her.

The birth of Mary is shown as Mary Anne in 1866 on North Wales BMD.

Do you have Thomas's birth cert with their address at the time he was born?

Everyone is missing  ;D

Mary Corbett is missing prior to 1859 and missing as Mary Hornsby after 1859 far as I can see unless wilcoxon can enlighten us re 1861.

Birth address of Thomas in 1860 might help us find the family in 1861 just for info.

Not found her so far. However, I think the Thomas Hornsby who died in 1876 was  Thomas  Hornsby senior. The GRO death index has him as 57 and not 47 (so b.c. 1819). The remainder of the newspaper clip says: " Deceased expired suddenly,.....He was for many years boots and driver at the Royal Hotel. "  (see Welsh Newspapers online). I note that Thomas' jnr's father was down as an Ostler which fits.

I think I saw Ann(b.1866) in Oldham in 1881 as Anny,  a boarder, b. Wales.

The ages seem very mixed up. The marriage cert has TH as 28 in 1859, yet he's 30 in 1871.

In 1881, Sarah, bc. 1863,  is a servant (aged 20) at The Royal Hotel, Llangollen. Maybe a marriage for her would give some clues.
