Will proved at Carmarthen 1876 - How do I order it?

I have located a probate record for Frances Bridget Stephens, proved at Carmarthen 5 Jul 1876.

Where do I order this from?  I have looked at National Library of Wales, which was suggested in a different post, but cannot find any information there, can only find Wills prior to 1858.
