Pierce Stapleton 1770-1832+ Templemore, County Tipperary, Ireland.
Pierce Stapleton is my ggg grandfather reportedly born in County Tipperary, possibly Templemore, in 1770.
His son Thomas Stapleton of Templemore, born c. 1800, married Margaret (Peggy) Egan of Knockanroe , on March 4, 1832 at the Roman Catholic Church in Templemore.
I am interested in finding out the best way of researching Irish records to trace back in time from 1832 to find the details of Pierce Stapleton and his ancestry. Any help would be much appreciated.
