Hi in both the 1841 and 1851 I can locate females called LOURY Jones one on 1851 with mother Loury 44 Loury 16 Matthew 13 and visitors Griffith Jones 23 and Ann Jones 27 all born Abererch
Census ref HO107/2513/126/5

Maybe not this one then, Loury her mother looks to be widow to a Mariner in 1861.

Abererch is her pob,they lived at Hendy, Sarn Mellteyrn from 1860 onwards,their first daughter Catherine was born in Llanarmon,their second in Abererch,all the other children were born at Hendy Sarn

Well I wish I could locate them in 1861/71 can you give details of both returns census ref if possible?

I have found them on the Yffor.com site,have you heard of it? Click on census at the top of the page and then Mellteyrn from the list,they are on it from 1861 onwards,I live at this address they were my great great grandparents.
