Ancestry has an on line tree which includes Doris May Cheyney and George Read. They have traced the Cheyney side quite some way back, but do not even have parents for George. There is an actual  date for the marriage of Doris and George, but no sources are quoted so don't know whether they have seen the cert or it is just from personal family knowledge. If you don't have a sub for Ancestry, your local library should have one so you can contact the tree owner. The tree owner has logged in today to Ancestry, so the tree isn't one of the long dead ones.
