Hello Rose, I never sailed with your Dad but I sailed with John and David. Am I correct in my memory that they never sailed together in case they had a brotherly fall out?
Also a Captain from the same area called Campbell Kerr.

Here is the marriage of John and Alice Mann, Belfast.
25 December 1933  -  John Mann, age 36, Batchelor, Sailor, from 26 Norton Street, Belfast married Mary Alice McMullan, age 21, Spinster, Housewife, from 26 Norton Street, Belfast.   John's father was John Mann, Sailor, and Mary's father was John McMullan, Carter.    Married in St. Malachy Roman Catholic Church, Belfast.   James Dean, Priest.    Witnesses were John McMullan and Ellen McVicker.    John Francis Mann was born on 27 August 1897 in 44 Kingswood Street, Belfast.   His mother was Maggie Hagan.

John Francis Mann was born on 27 August 1897 in 44 Kingswood Street, Belfast.   His mother was Maggie Hagan.
