Hi,
I am just starting to research the history of Wrockwardine wood football club,for our local history group,and was wondering if anyone might have any info to share.
Some of the early footballers found so far are,Jackery WJones,George Johnson and Albert James William Price.

I thought I would contact you about this FC even though your post is several years old. I have just found info that Thomas Muldowney (aka Tommy Downing) played for the Wrockwardine wood football club sometime between 1893-1901. I hope you can help me learn more information.

Apparently he also played for the Primroses, Coventry City and Walsall during these years.

Any help in location more information about Thomas is appreciated
