Sounds like a possible mis-transcription. What the source for the reference?

As you aren't looking at an original document it will be very difficult to figure out. The site is well-known for strange transcriptions.

There is an Irish language girl's name Nabla as well. The RootsIreland one might be a mistranscription though.
