Do you have a more accurate date of birth - maybe from her death ?

I cant see any birth reg in 1913 in Llanelly Reg District, but there is an Elizabeth M Evans registered in Jul/Aug/Sep 1912 (so she would be slightly older than you say) and also in Jan/Feb/Mar 1914 (which would work if birth was late in 1913 and not registered till after the new year).

There are lots and lots of Elizabeth M Evans births!

If you think she was born in Dec 1913, then that 1914 reg looks probable. A copy of the cert will then confirm if middle name was Magdalene, and if so, you will find the parents of the person you are looking for. If not, then at least you can rule out that birth.
