Thankyou to all who have replied to my request. Sounds like Helen didn't marry, so now I am interested in the father, one James Stark, son of William Stark, in 1861 living at 5, Rumbleton, Berwickshire Scotland. Does he have descendants from a marriage?

Thankyou all for the information. Did David and Agnes Stewart have children other than Helen? How would I go about tracing them?

Hi if you read back some of the previous post you will see I listed some of the family of Daniel and Agnes in 1851 census .
1861 census there is Daniel aged 50 Agnes 48,Jane b 1843 Minto Roxburgh ,Alexander 1845 Coldstream ,Thomas 1851 Makeston ,Charles 1853 Southdean ,Christina 1857,Linton John 1860 Linton
1871 census you have with Jasper with his grandparent's
1881 Agnes Stewart age 69 daughter Christine 24,son John 21 ,grandson James Stewart born 1877 Eccles
It looks like Daniel has died so you can search for a death on www.scotlandspeople to get his parents ...You can also search for the births of these children on www.familysearch bearing in mind some births were not always recorded before 1855...You can also search for marriages for some of the family and census forms ...hope this helps
