Amelia Rowe nee Matthews Madron
« on: Sunday 19 October 14 17:24 BST (UK) »
Amelia Matthews daughter of Thomas and Margery (Kelynack) Matthews marries James Ladner Rowe.
I have found James and Amelia in 1841 and 1851, In 1861 Amelia is a blacksmith's widow age 48 living with some of her children. Her husband James died in 1859 address was Tolcarne  Madron.
I can't find Amelia the mother or Edith Jane Rowe who is age 4 in 1861 ( born 1857) after that census.
Any information about any of Amelia and James Rowe's children much appreciated.

Thanks for those replies. I found the Madron burial on Cornwall OPC.
I found this on a search engine
Topic: William Mathew ROWE moved from Cornwall to Australia... and on page 2 Amelia is  mentioned
regarding the 1861 census.
Maybe I will leave a message on that topic to see if they are related.
