I have Frederick Morris for June 1896 Machynlleth.  Can anyone provide any further information on who his family were and 1901 census perhaps.

Unfortunately I can't see anyone with that birth place on the census 

You might have to get the birth certificate to find his parents and move on from there

The only person who fits is in Towyn but his birth could have been registered in Machynlleth

Hi,
Towyn/Tywyn, Merionethshire now Gwynedd births are all registered under "Pennal" at Machynlleth, Montgomeryshire. It's odd as a lot of the marriages are registered at Dolgellau where you'd expect births to be registered.
I think it may depend on where in the (large) Parish of Towyn  where they were born. Towyn parish also includes Aberdyfi/Aberdovey which is much closer geographically to Machynlleth.
