There were two William Parkes, baptised in Hanbury, Worcestershire.

18 Mar 1750 parents Joseph & Mary
29 Apr 1746 parents Isaac & Ann

Only one Sarah Harris in Worcestershire at Bromsgrove 28 Apr 1744.
Parents Samuel & Rebeckah (Independent).

However Halesowen can be a difficult place to research as it has historical ties with adjacent Shropshire and borders Staffordshire. Both Parkes & Harris are more common in these counties than Worcestershire.

Do you have William/Sarahs Burials to get a better year of birth for them?

There are these BURIALS,
St John the Baptsist, Halesowen;
WILLIAM Parkes, 18 April 1826, age 77 (birth c 1749) abode Brisnal Field
SARAH Parkes, 28 April 1839 age 89 (birth c 1750), abode Brisnal Fields
