I believe that the Albert I am researching is the son of Samuel Clarke and Mary Garbett. I saw a certificate with Mary's maiden name but couldn't make out the handwriting until now.... Garbett fits!

Did you see a tree for this branch?

A tree has the Albert that I mentioned in the first post as the son of Samuel Clarke and Mary Garbett who died 1916 ..
There is another Albert Clarke born Jul-Sept 1888 Madeley he is in the 1891 census with father Joseph Clarke 35 mother Annie Clarke 35
Sarah Clarke 13
Mary Elizabeth Clarke 10
Joseph Arthur Clarke 7
William Benjamin Clarke 5
Albert Clarke 2

Yes my Albert was listed as a machinist. He and Harriet did divorce early on. I believe you found two relevant records.

Yes there are a few tree's with that information with his death which is obvious wrong as I think I have found him arriving New York 11/9/1914 ..on board ship Celtic
Albert Clarke age 27 Born Dawley occupation machinist said he has been in the US before 1year 8 months going to Richmond Hill New York

So this looks like him in the 1915 New York state census living Waverley Place New York Queens
Thomas Clarke Head age 40 born England occupation Steward Rep Club
Kate Clarke Wife age 34 born England both been in the states for 8years
Donald Clarke age 12 son born England
Vivian Clarke age 10 daughter born England
Albert Clarke age 28 brother occupation machinist
His Brother Thomas born 16/12/1874 Shropshire on US Naturalization Records arrived 1906 new York lives Richmond Hill .
His marriage 15/2/1903 Dawley-Parva Shropshire to Kate Morgan father Samuel Clarke
So looks like we have the right Albert after all  ;D ;D

So, not only did you find the right Albert, baptism records, and more, but you also found a brother in Queens, NY!! I must say, I am stunned. I always thought he came here and was alone. No one ever spoke of an uncle here in the states. Wow. Can't thank you enough!!
I have tons of leads to get to now. Cheers!!  ;D
