Hi Marcus.
I have Shudalls from Duncormick - so we must be connected! I tried to send you a personal message (PM) but system wouldn't allow it. I think you need to do some more posts first.
Do you know Elizabeth's parents?
Don't know if this is relevant for you:

Brian Cantwell's Memorials of the Dead-
Bannow graveyard
REDMOND (6/9) Erected in memory of Mark REDMOND Duncormack died 5 Oct 1922. Also his parents John and Mary, his sisters Anastasia and Mary, brothers Philip and Patrick.

Katharine.

Hi Katherine 75, Thanks for your message. I believe that Elizabeth Shudall's parents were George Shudall and Ellen Nowlan, and that her parents were Patrick Nowlan  and Ellen Pedigree, and the Nowlans lived in Rath near Duncormick. Regards, Marcus.

Marcus, I've been putting a lot of Shudall pieces together over the past month, but still haven't got this Duncormick Post Office clue sorted out.  So here's a question ... do you know the names of the wives of Patrick Redomon the postman (born c. 1904) or William Redmon the postmaster (born c. 1911)?
Chapman, Jackman, Roche, Whelan, Hanton, Dee, Stafford, Leary, McGrath, Murphy, White, Hayes, Shudall.

I'm afraid not Hatslip. my friend who was in contact with Jackie has since passed on and I have no way of finding out about him now.

Hi,
I am Charlotte's great, great grand daughter.   My great grandmother was her daughter Emily.   I believe she had another daughter and wonder if anyone knows her name?

I'll get Paul Pearce to reply to you. He's the authority on this line of Shudalls.   From the time of posting I imagine you might be in Oz, where he is.
