This looks like sister Lucy's marriage - as a very long shot Eliza could have been a witness, married, to it.

Cannot see any marriage or death for 'Eliza' with no second name/initial on free bmd.

I found a 1911 census in Little Chishall and Heydon, Hertfordshire for an Eliza Gray born Balsham, living with husband Fredrick, but can't identify a marriage for them to see what her maiden name was.

Just reading this post, my husbands grandmother was Minnie Rosina Plumb, born 1882, Islington, daughter of William Plumb of Balsham b 1859, believe they link into your family and by coincidence lived in Tottenham/Wood Green, not far from Ponders End!!
