The 'National Archives of Ireland' in Dublin has actual bits from the 1831 census of Antrim and Londonderry and extracts are extracts extracted by someone from the actual Census before it got destroted.
Many genealogists extracted records (wrote out what was on the Forms!) they are not actual Forms such as the few bits that exist in N. Archives.
