The information about Charles and Ellen came from my friends father. Obviously these names could be wrong, i.e there second names etc. The Charles and Ellen you found was the only one i could see and obviously it says Gwendoline. I could only see one in 1911?

Hi again, in 1901 their was another family with a Gwendoline in household:-

I think that perhaps my friends father remembering gwyneth may be wrong and that it was Gwendoline, this may be what the G stood for. The family with Charles and Ellen would then be the one.

Will advise him to get Certs now to confirm or visit the local record office
