There's a possibility in Dublin South q/e Dec 1915 volume 2 page 736 :  there is a Mary Leahy and  a James Thompson amongst 10 names on the page.

According to the article Catholic Ancestors
http://www.familytreeforum.com/archive/index.php/t-93625.html?s=47cdbd24855fc5bc8f07dad27e6fd8bd

The poster had received a copy of their grandparents marriage certificate which had taken place in St Andrews Catholic Church( no date given)
James Thompson of Tipperary Barracks son of William to(in the article from Yorkshire or Durham)
Mary Leahy of Grafton St dtr of Patrick Leahy
http://www.saintandrewsparish.ie/contact.html

A letter or email might get you her mothers maiden name from the church register which would help you tie in the marriage to James Fitzpatrick to make sure its the same lady for both marriages.
I personally visited St Andrews a couple of years ago and the secretary did a look up for me for a fee of about 8euro which took about a week.
but be warned they were not great at recording mothers full maiden name ie you may only get Mary Leahy dtr of Patrick and Margaret Leahy.
