Flynns & O'Driscolls in Cork

Not sure where to even begin.

Michael Flynn b abt 1830 Co. Cork, came to the US on 9 June 1847 on the ship Windsor Castle from Liverpool to NYC, classified as age 19, laborer. He married Hannorah/Honora O'Driscoll b. abt. 1831 in Co. Cork, came to the US on 6 Nov 1848 on the ship Intrinsic from Liverpool to NYC. She's listed as Honora Flin, age 16/17 even though she and Michael didn't marry until 1855 in Tremont, PA. All their children were born in PA:

Daniel J b. 1856
Thomas J b. 1858
Michael b. 1860
Patrick b. 1866
Mary G. b. 1867

I even have a photo of Michael in his later years (he looks like a Leprechaun) . . . but I have no clue where to begin searching for them in Ireland.

Michael later married a Catherine Sweeney, also from Ireland b. 1835 emigrated in 1875

Have you a death cert for Michael - might give parents names which would help in a search. any other details from US records or gravestones might give further clues

He went missing after the 1910 census, being age 80 at the time, living with his son Thomas J and DIL Hannah in Williamstown, PA. No death certificate has been located yet, and I can't yet confirm if he's listed in the 1920 census with the family, but all the records we do have indicate only that his parents were born in Ireland.

I did stumble across a 1920 census listing for a 90 y/o Michael Flynn incarcerated in Allegheny Co., PA - Whiskey Rebellion perhaps? Not too far off from Williamstown, dates seem to fit, widower, couldn't read or write . . . if he's not listed still living with his son in 1920 Williamstown, and no death records for him in that area, nor burial, it's possible he died in prison and buried thusly?
