Hi Frank.  Sorry to hear you're having problems with Roots Chat as indeed we are.  I am unable to access your PM - sorry.  I remember Rene, her husband Joe and their son Geoffrey very well.  I met them on many occasions at my grandparents home  - attached to the garage.
