James Shaw of Bideford

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help me with any info on the following family, as I have drawn a blank:

James Shaw was baptised at Bideford on 04 Aug 1754 and his brother Charles baptised there on 16 May 1756 to James Shaw & his wife Charity. James Jnr emigrated to New Zealand but I have no information on what happened to Charles and, more importantly, no information on James Snr or Charity. Any help greatly appreciated.

There is a tree on Ancestry that says that Charles Shaw who was a shipwright, married Grace Payne Bowyer. What was James' profession?

Thanks for the info - I don't know what James Snr did but James Jnr was a shipwright too
