How to find Birth record of John Kelly Glengad

Trying to find the birth record of John Kelly born Glengad Malin Ireland.

Unfortunately, not sure of the year but think it was between 1912 -1920. His father was Patrick Kelly and mother Mary McLaughlin.

If I have his exact DOB. it will be easier to find his death date which could have been in Ireland or Grimsby Lincolnshire.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find his birth registration and how to order birth certificate.

   I cannot find the birth but I have found a marriage which may be a coincidence as the names are very common in NW Ireland. On 7 Oct 1930 Patrick Kelly married Mary A. McLaughlin in Eglinton Roman Catholic Church, Londonderry.

I am not sure this could be the one as John Kelly was born before 1920. John aslo had a sister Mary but not sure if she was older or younger.

Can you give me a link to where you found this marriage registration.

The RootsIreland website has a transcribed civil birth record which fits your criteria, unfortunately the subscription set-up makes a single record poor value.

On that basis, Familysearch has two possibilities, I prefer the latter:
