Hi again puzzled by the "Niece" Ann Chalk aged 8 b Porteynon whose child is this and was she the Hannah Jane Chalk March qtr 1842 Swansea 26 461?

Thanks all.  Re: William Beynon, Llangennith. I am puzzled too with the niece, Ann Chalk. (1851 census). In a 1891 census,  another William Beynon b: 1821,  there is a Sarah Jane Chalk listed as a niece.  Chalk is not a very popular name,  so wonder if there is some connection here.

Hi again, the Sarah Jane Chalk 18 in 1901 looks to be with widowed mother Margaret Chalk 50 both born Rhossilly Census ref RG13/5074/47/31

Possible marriage John Chalk to a Margaret Beynon 1878 Swansea 11a 764

Would this be the same family as Wm Beynon and Sara Bevan both born 1808 who were the grandparents of Edgar Evans of Antarctica fame?
