The marriage should be on freebmd as it will have been after 1837 - have you looked?

Did you check Family Search? There is a possible marriage transcribed with fathers names but it was 1855.  If Priscilla was b 1841 - then it can't be the right one

Lost my internet connection before I had finished above reply.

1871 shows eldest child aged 11

Here is the 1861 reference RG9 Piece 2006 Folio 95 Page 31

They are lodgers and although Priscilla is transcribed correctly - William is shown as Lawe and b Bilston

Daughter is 3mths shown as illegitimate and looks more like Mary Ann than Jane

The marriage I mentioned above on FS could be the right one.  1851 has a Priscilla Jones b 1838 Bilston father Daniel so she was 3yrs older than we thought

In view of his 1861 birthplace being shown as Bilston and his father as James on the marriage cert????

There is an 1851 entry for a William Love aged 16 b Bilston occ iron miner living with William Lord and wife Lydia  here's the reference HO107 Piece 2021 Folio 607 Page 12

In 1841 James and Lydia are incorrectly transcribed as Lowe and living in Staffs so presumably James died between 1841-1851 and Lydia remarried to William Lord

Freebmd has 2 deaths for James Love in Wolverhampton which is where the family were living in 1841.  One in 1842 and the other 1848 but no ages shown

He must be the 1842 death as in 1845 - Lydia married Edward Hopton

In 1850 - Lydia Hopton married William Lord.
