Birth of William H Rees abt 1875 at Donegal

Hoping for some assistance to locate the birth of William H Rees abt 1875.

William was the 3rd and last child to be born at Donegal.  According to the Welsh 1881 census [RG11/ 5428/ 58 p6] William's 2 eldest sisters were also born at Donegal.

His sisters were:
Edith Amelia born 20 Aug 1872 at Greencastle, Donegal
Florence Anne born 31 Jan 1874 at Moville, Donegal

Williams parents were:
Thomas Rees - Coast Guard
Eleanor Jane Morgan of Pembrokeshire, Wales

I have only been able to locate William in the 1881 census to date.

Is Inishowen near the other places where his sisters were born?

Inishowen is the name of the whole peninsula and a civil registration area rather than a small place

Greencastle and Moville are in the north east of the peninsula
