after having acquired materials i needed interim of this post being laid, if anyone is researching Keevil; please be advised of the following.... there is no need to go through the trouble I went through.....

on JOHN POPES webpage NOT Wiltshire OPC is the complete set of pdfs or similiar that the kind gentleman has transcribed....... for the baptisms, marriages and BURIALS.........    whereas OPC only has limited copies of Mr Popes work..........  so I strongly advise checking for those if you are doing genealogy charts of this village...

I will also point out that Potterne is on Mr John Popes site..........

I have done a reconstruction of wills and probates for the village of Keevil;    and; I strongly suggest anyone doing this region of Wiltshire look at the surrounding villages as many folk simply lived on the fringes............ or moved inbetween the villages.....
