There is this marriage at St Nicholas Brighton Sussex for a Thomas Hall to a Mary Humphrey
7 October 1807 maybe a possibility

To get a copy of the will/administration you would need to order it, the cost £10
https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/#calendar
as probate is to his wife you may not get any more information regarding others as she could be sole beneficiary
