On Ancestry someone seems to have entered an alternative name for her - Hannah M Johnson

Looking like both Arthur and Hannah are illeg. children of Elizabeth.   Hannah M. birth registered as Hannah Maria Bibbey Sept.qtr.1874 Congleton, Cheshire.

Elizabeth's parents both died 1883/4 so her brothers, James and Simon, were boarding with her. The enumerator in 1891 should have said brother, not boarder and he got Simon's age wrong unless it's bad writing.
Ada Johnson is a puzzle but as I'm researching Bibbys I'll leave that alone.
