if it helps to confirm or otherwise, Eustace Richards' daughter Mary died 16 July 1869, according to this announcement

That's useful Mabel, as it might confirm or eliminate that one.

Thankyou for the extra information. May I explain what I am trying to achieve. My grandfather John Morrgan when he was born the certificate said his father waa William Morgan who was a harpist This is confirmed in the 1871 and 1881 census . William married a Mary Richards and in the 1871/81/91/01 census and also on her death certificate she is down as wife of harpist I have 4 marriage certificates for William and Mary but none of them has WILLIAM down as a harpist So when he married  maybe he had not started his harpist occupation. So how can I see if an of my marriage certificate is the correct oneThe nearest which ties up is when Mary's father is a John Richards so if in the 1851 census there is. John Riichards with a daughter Mary born Aberdare this wil need further looking into I know I am asking a lot but this is my brick wall for those last 20 yrsThankyou. Eirwen

The marriage in question was held at Horub Chapel Penrhyncoch district of Aberystwyth on 8th Feb 1861 I realise that the ages are a few years out from the census but as I am clutching at straws Will try anything Regards Eirwen p.s William was 25 and Mary was 23 William's father was Morgan Morgan

I don't think the marriage at Horeb is your William, since there is on the 1871 census of Trefeurig, Penrhyncoch, RG10/5566/118 p6:

William age 36 born Lanfihangel y Creuddyn, a Lead Miner and wife Mary Williams 33, with children Mary 9 Elizabeth John 7, William 4 Margaret 9 months.

It looks like William died april 22 1900 aged 64 (born 1836) and children Margaret died Apr 4th 1881 aged 10 and Mary died Feb 1, 1915 aged 77 (Horeb Chapel Monumental Inscriptions - in Welsh page 32 number 227
