Dundee, James MONTGOMERY, born c1833.

Hello,

James MONTGOMERY it is believed was born in Dundee, Angus, about 1833.

However, my correspondent in Australia tells me that his Australian Marriage Certificate states his parents were William MONTGOMERY and Louisa SIMPSON and that he was born in England.
Notwithstanding that detail his daughter's Birth Certificate states he WAS born in Dundee , Scotland.

I have searched through all the available online sources but have failed to find any birth or christening details for him.   Could someone possibly help please.
