Hi
Am looking for help with my ggrandfather John Kavanagh b1846 and GG grandad Michael ( have no info only that he was a blacksmith ) don't know for sure where the family is from but family folklore mentions Bray area. G grandad John travelled to Millom in Cumberland to work in iron industry and married Jane Gracey  in 1874 in Millom Cumberland. The family are Roman Catholics any help pointing me in right direction would be fantastic still a novice at family history
