Hi Tracey,

i had been trying to find james baptism to see if it gave me his mum but i couldnt, i wander if it is because i was looking for mary.

In the Blewbury transcripts (ex OxfordFHS) there is this baptism;
Blewbury;
21-1-1786 James Walter s/o Richard & Mary of Upton (born 11-2)
also
27-3-1785 John Walter same parents (born 10-3)

 Upton was dependancy or chaplery of Blewbury at the time.

If you wish you can buy the CD from the Oxfordshire FHS as the entries are
on CD OXF-WAN02
