Thanks Conahy,found a name there that fits but a bit short on detail,no place of birth or parents names,Can I dig any deeper,Poor chap ended up in Portlaois gaol for being a vagrant ??? Much obliged,Feno.

Thanks Annclare, James Fennelly B 1834 Mountmellick,Parents names,James/Mary Bohan,married 1832.unable to trace James.,brother Richard B 1841 who married Mary anne Harris in Bradford,yorks, in 1865.returned to Mountmellick circa 1867 and had a rake of kids.All emigrated to Boston Mass.There is a James in prison records in queens co.1850.Age not accurate but they are never correct.
