Completed: Noah Colley B:1841 Madeley, Shropshire

Trying to locate the marriage of Noah to a Jane (unk. last name) about 1865 in Shropshire.  Thought her name might be Podmore but have found no marriage for that name.
These 2 families have married into each other before and at that time the union produced a Louisa Amelia Podmore B 1866. 
In the 1871 census she is found staying with Noah and his wife Jane where she is listed as "niece".  Hence my thought that Jane's Nee name would have been Podmore.

neither lady called Jane.

If it helps the niece Louisa Amelia Podmore has a father called James.

Saw the Phoebe one before and hope she had a middle name of Jane, but have not been able to prove that.

Louise's father James ? (who by the way married a Sarah Ann Colley), yes have him in my tree but in order to prove he is the brother of Jane I need their parents names.

In that area of Shropshire there is a profusion of Podmores and Colleys who have more than once married into the other so it is very hard to tie anything down with any certainty. They were all born within a few mile of each other so the palces of birth get very confusing to track.

 'fraid I am guilty of making an assumption that the "niece" connection was through Jane when it could be through Noah.
