Have you done a google search for the local churches and cemeteries?

What religion was she?

Added:
e.g.

which includes the information:
' Biggleswade Town Council keeps the Drove Road Cemetery Registers (1869-1986) at the Council Offices in Saffron Road, and will answer enquiries or allow viewing by appointment.'

Her obituary is in the Biggleswade Chronicle of Friday April 12th 1935 that you can get from British Newspaper Archives or FindMyPast (if you subscribe or have credits). To save me typing the text I;ve cut it out from screen display & attached it to this reply. Hope its readable.

I too misunderstood that that was her name. The cutting from the paper will help to narrow it down  as there is more than one cemetery in the town.

Beds Archives have the following for Biggleswade, Drove Road cemetery.
Notices of interment 1871-1877, Grave registers 1869-1986, Burial indexes 1869-1986, Burial Board minutes 1867-1928 - but they say the burial registers were not available for filming.

You could email them to see if there's a mention of her buried 11 April 1935
