looking for death in St ives since 1986

Looking for the death info (or anything else for that matter!) on a Florence Mary Radford.
She was alive in 1986 and was known by the name of Mary I believe?

born 1916 birth registered St Ives,
daughter of Harold Joseph RADFORD and Florence nee Hill
Can anyone point me where to look??

GRO has a possible death as jul-sep 1989 Huntingdon Vol 9 Page 906
Date of birth given as 26 12 1915
