Trying to find information on a Matthew Kinsella born in Polehore in 1891, son of John Kinsella and Margaret Molloy Kinsella. He died in World War 1 in 1917. I have been unable to find Matthew in either of the census but he enlisted in the Connaught Rangers in Galway city. Hoping someone can help

If his mother was Molloy then this could be him in 1911-

Added-
"Son of John and Margaret Molly Kinsella, of Polehore, Glynn, Wexford"

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Found a death for a Margaret Kinsella in 1895 the same year as a child was born so presuming she may have died in childbirth. The husband John possibly re married but would that mean the children would have been fostered to different family members? Found the following children as possibly siblings to Matthew: Catherine b 1885, William b 1887, Mary Eliza b 1889, Bridget b 1893, John b 1895. In the 1901 census there is a Kate and William living with their aunt Molloy in Clearistown, which may be the same family

A John Kinsella in Polehore in 1901 but wife is Anne Statia (Anastasia)-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Wexford/Glynn/Polehore/1803726
Same couple in 1911-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Wexford/Glynn/Polehore/694850

There is a marriage March quarter 1901 where a John Kinsella and Anastatia Colfer are on the same page.
New Ross vol 4 pg 505

Might that be them? Not sure about the district though.

I think this is he on the Irish WW1 Roll of Honour

This post is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws. Unfortunately my preferred method of writing (Parker Quink on Basildon Bond) cannot be used.

Thank you all for the replies.......this seems to be the Matthew I'm looking for. The John and Anastatia would be his father and stepmother. However I still can't find him in the 1901 census
Many thanks
