George Elliott c1854 Born Fressingfield or East Peckham, Kent?

George Elliott was the son of Henry Davidson Elliott and Lavinia (Née Butcher). I can't work out where he was born ...

1861 Census
Fressingfield District 3  RG 9/1151/43 p 28. Birthplace=Fressingfield.
1871 Census
Weybread District 8  RG10/1739/140 p 17. Birthplace=East Peckham, Kent.  All other family members born Fressingfield.

1881 Census
Redenhall District 6 RG11/1965/ 107 p 16. Birthplace=Wrentham, Suffolk.. Redenhall is just over the river in Norfolk!

1891 Census
Redenhall District 6 RG12/ 1543/84 p 14. Birthplace=East Peckham, Kent.

I have two Ancestry hints awaiting my attention. One of them is the BMD entry for Q3/1853 for a George Elliott born Malling Kent, in 1853.

Can some kind soul put me out of my miserable confusion?

This is earlier than all the other birth dates I hold for George so I wonder if this is an earlier child that died in early infancy? I guess I'll keep an open mind until I can find some corroborating evidence.
