Andrew Gow & Mary Thomson

Andrew Gow was my GGGrandfather's brother.

He was born in Muiravonside, Stirlingshire on 19 Oct 1845.

He married Mary Thomson on the 5th December 1873 at the Wesleyan Church, Wallacestone, Polmont.

Thereafter Andrew and Mary seem to disappear from the Scottish records. I'm wondering if they may have emigrated? Something to do with the Wesleyan (Methodist) Church?

Just wondering if Andrew and Mary appear on any trees out there and any information on what became of them would be welcomed.

Was his parents William Gow and Helen McDougall ? as a tree had a death for him 22/8/1875 age 29 ?

It would certainly fit that date.

Haven't seen that info before.

There are a few tree's on Ancestry with a copy of the marriage of Andrew Gow and Mary Thomson 5th December 1873 Polmont
There is also a birth for Jane Gow 11 July 1871 Polmont father Andrew Gow and Mary Thomson
William Gow b 5 May 1874 Polmont will have a look for them on census forms  :)
