Thank you for the information, I am getting a bit bamboozled by this relation, I also came to the realisation that he was at Bournemouth Lodge around 1924-1926 and appears in phone directories at Christchurch Road at the same time, he was at 35 Christchurch Road when he died in 1954.

Maybe Bournemouth Lodge was the middle address between living at Boscombe Court and 35 Christchurch Road and that the electoral roll info was just a little out of date!! :-\

Yes his son was Major Anthony at No.31.

Electoral rolls were (and to an extent still are, though continuous registration is possible) updated each October and the new register applied from Feb 15th the following year.

Though I dare bet £1 (a lot for me!) that he was a Mason it  looks as though he was not staying as a Guest at a Masonic lodge. Pleased the problem seems to be near solution.
