yes i have his death and i have margarets death.i have him after he marries including marriage cert stating father as james higgins aswell and his father is a customs officer.i just cant find him in 1871,1861 or 1851.we cant be sure of his age.in the cecuses i have got it says buley(beaulieu)hampshire or south hampton.i know when he was in 1881 and 91 he was a stevedor then in 1901 he was a cook.i cant find him anywhere before 1881 apart from his marriage.i am tring to go through the barracks now in southhampton as maybe he was a sailor!or a stevedor in barracks??
