From GenUKI (http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/YKS/WRY/Bradford/more.html):

"BOWLING, in the parish of Bradford, Morley-division of Agbrigg and Morley; 1 mile S. of Bradford, 8 from Halifax. Pop. 3,579."

The church at St Matthew is referred to as Bankfoot?

So she could be registered in one and baptised in the other but said to be born in Bradford right. I only have one person not two?

Well, we don't know who "she" is! ;D
But it seems a plausible explanation.

Yes someone registered who had been born in Bankfoot/West Bowling, would be considered as having been born in Bradford, West Riding.
A baptism might even have been at the Parish church, St Peters or non conformist
