Where was Robert Ernest GIBSON? 1905

I cannot find the details for the birth of Robert Ernest GIBSON.  Mother Martha, Father Ernest.

He was born on 7th November 1905 in either Petone or Hastings I think but I cannot get the info when I search on the NZ Govt site.

This is the birth from NZBDM's,they don't have place of birth

1904/13621   Gibson    Robert Ernest to    Martha and Ernest Stanley

I must have had wrong info given to me by the family in the first place
