Edward (Edmund) Burke of Galway

I am looking for information about Edward Burke born in Ireland possibly in 1830s and married to Mary Kelly. They had three children, Margaret (1856), Edward (1857) and Miles (1859). Margaret and Edward were born in Pennsylvania while Miles was born in Ohio. It appears as if Edward was deceased by the time Miles was born and I am trying to find out what happened to him and where he came from, etc. I'm fairly certain Edward came from county Galway as that is what was written on his son's tombstone. Mary Kelly also came from Ireland and emigrated in 1850. I have no idea where to go from here as I can't even seem to find record of them in Pennsylvania. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
